A NYC neighborhood exhibition space
Welcome Visitor! For more than 15 years Muse At 11 has offered its windows as a free presentation space for local New York City artists and writers. If you are ever in the neighborhood stop by and take a look. It’s viewable from the sidewalk 24/7 – 365.
If you are interested in showing your work, follow the instructions below.
Window dimensions are approximately 5 feet wide by 3 feet high. There are up to 4 windows available for a 1-3 month show. The windows face North so they rarely get direct sun. They can be illuminated at night. No presentations with sound are permitted.
Since its first opening in 2008, there have been several dozen local artists, writers and even a few middle-school students that have presented. Currently 4 windows are available for a new show. If you are interested in showing your work, let us know – We will follow all Covid-19 suggested and required precautions.
Please send an e-mail that describes your work and a bit about yourself. No need to send an entire portfolio just one or two low-res snaps will do or if it is a written work, only pdf files will be opened. Please include “Muse At 11” in the subject line
